How do y'all eliminate the haze that comes with working with (Prismacolor) color pencil?  When using color pencil, a haze/frost  starts to appear shortly after application, leaving a very dull look on the drawing.....is there a fix? what do you do?

I have been torn between the 2 butfor different reasons, Derwent for graphite, and Prismacolor for color pencil, I have been curious of the opposites in each brand as well as watercolor pencils, as i got some Prismacolor watercolor pencils but havent used them yet. What is your preference regarding Derwent and Prismacolor and why? tell me pros and cons from your experience.

I must say that while I love art, I am not a fan of anime and digital art or photography on the skill aspect, it is all art in its respect and i see a lot of good pieces in those genres, but getting to the basics and putting the pencil, color pencil or paintbrush in your hand and actually creating it manually - that is TRUE talent and worthy of appreciation. I love when people post real hand-drawn art it shows a passion that i personally cant see in digital art, tho it is good, some very good, it just isnt the same. as feeling the art and the medium with your hands as you create it

thanks for the fav :D
Thanks for the fav on Arya stark, I quickly just read your journal, I totally agree, traditional art takes much more patience and skill, to mess up on photoshop it takes two seconds to go back with real painting you ether learn from the mistake to make the painting better or you spend layers apron layers fixing it.
Thanks for the :+fav: if you ever want me to scribble you anything just ask
